To ensure that your JAGUAR tools arrive safely and reliably, we take the same care with shipping as we do with our scissors.

How much are the shipping costs?

All prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and all other price components.

Germany:

We offer free shipping on orders over €30.00.
For orders under €30.00, we charge €6.50 for shipping.

Other EU countries:

Shipping within the European Union costs €19.00.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

As soon as we have received your order and payment, your package will be on its way.

Germany: 2–3 business days
Austria: 3–4 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

(Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.)

Is there a minimum order value?

No. You can order from us without any minimum order value—exactly as you need it.

Which parcel service is used for shipping?

Your order will be shipped reliably with DHL.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Please understand that due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to offer personal pickup at our factory.

How can I track my delivery?

As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link. This way, you can track the location of your order at any time.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

After handing over to DHL, you will automatically receive a shipping notification.

If your package does not arrive within 7 days, please contact DHL directly or contact our customer service team—we will be happy to help you.
