If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (see also § 1 paragraph 2 of these Terms of service), they have the following statutory right of withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or – if several goods ordered by the customer as part of a single order are delivered separately – on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform UST of his decision to withdraw from the contract UST a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
He may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Hat der Besteller verlangt, dass die Dienstleistung bereits während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen soll, so hat er UST einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem der Besteller UST von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts unterrichtet, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der vertraglich vereinbarten Dienstleistung entspricht.
Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts
Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei einem Vertrag über die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen, wenn UST die Dienstleistung vollständig erbracht hat und mit der Ausführung der Dienstleistung erst begonnen hat, nachdem der Besteller hierzu seine ausdrückliche Zustimmung erteilt und gleichzeitig seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er mit vollständiger Vertragserfüllung sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
Besonderheiten beim Schleifservice
Nach Eingang der eingesendeten Schere prüft UST zunächst, ob der Schleifservice fachgerecht durchgeführt werden kann.
Sollte sich bei der Prüfung herausstellen, dass eine Bearbeitung aufgrund des Zustands, des Alters oder einer Beschädigung der Schere nicht mehr möglich oder nicht sinnvoll ist, informiert UST den Besteller vor Durchführung der Dienstleistung.
In diesem Fall wird der Schleifservice nicht durchgeführt. Die Schere wird kostenfrei an den Besteller zurückgesendet und bereits geleistete Zahlungen für den Schleifservice werden vollständig erstattet.

Der Widerruf ist ausgeschlossen bei Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind, für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Kunden maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Kunden zugeschnitten sind. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Friseurscheren, die auf Wunsch des Bestellers mit einer individuellen Gravur versehen werden.
